From where i stand, Philadelphia Experiment stands between the edge of mith and reality. The truth, deep down, bounces in each of us. So.. Philadelphia Experiment is also known as the project Raimbow.
Unfortunately the truth behind this project will never be known. At first glance the project seems bizarre, many voices say about alien technology, but from my point of view, invisibility is still held in the field of syfy.
But Princeton Institute for Advanced Studies was able to make small objects invisible, were they helped by the effects of electric and magnetic fields? To test the theory, they used the USS Eldridge. On this war ship were installed two large generators whose purpose was to create an electromagnetic field.
